NEAT-TO-EAT SLOPPY JOE CRESCENTS (PILLSBURY BAKE-OFF FINALIST)
This sloppy sandwich is given a new twist when it's baked into a crescent. You can still lick your fingers, but you won't have to wash as many shirts! This was a finalist recipe in Bake-Off #24.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375.
- In large skillet, brown ground beef and drain well.
- Stir in ketchup, onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and cheese.
- Separate dough into 4 rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal.
- Spoon about 1/2 cup of meat mixture onto center of each rectangle.
- Fold shorter ends of each rectangle to center, overlapping slightly; firmly pinch edges to seal.
- Place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet; sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
- Bake at 375* for 14-20 minutes or until golden brown.

POTATO TOPPED SLOPPY JOE CASSEROLE

Steps:
- Heat oven to 325.
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper over medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring often.
- Drain grease off.
- Add sloppy joe sauce and squash; stir well.
- Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, bring water and garlic salt to a boil.
- Remove saucepan from heat; stir in potato flakes until well blended.
- Add sour cream and egg; stir well.
- Spoon beef mixture into ungreased shallow 2-quart casserole dish.
- Spoon potato mixture in circle around edges of casserole.
- Sprinkle potatoes with cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are set.

- Heat oven to 350°F.
- In large bowl, combine bread mix, oats, coconut, cranberries and orange peel; mix well.
- Add oil, water and eggs; mix well.
- Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350° for 10-13 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown.
- Remove from cookie sheets.
