REAL NEW ORLEANS STYLE BBQ SHRIMP
This is one of my husband's favorite dishes. It isn't exactly healthy, but it is fabulous. It is a common dish in Louisiana. This recipe feeds a lot of people. You can cut it in half for a family dinner.

SHRIMP ROASTED ON ROSEMARY
We love the flavor and the look of head-on jumbo shrimp, but medium shrimp can be used; just roast the dish for 15 minutes in step 4. Serve the shrimp in the skillet, and the herb's heady aroma will be part of the experience.
