Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a 10x15-inch baking sheet with cooking spray. Unroll pizza crust and place on the prepared baking pan.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, 8 minutes. Drain.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat; cook and stir flour with butter until it has a slightly toasted fragrance, about 2 minutes. Whisk in milk and simmer until thickened, whisking constantly, 2 more minutes. Stir in processed cheese cubes. Let the cheese cubes melt, stirring often, to make a smooth cheese sauce.
- Spread about 3/4 cup of cheese sauce onto the pizza crust. Stir cooked macaroni into remaining cheese sauce in the saucepan and spoon the macaroni and cheese onto the crust in an even layer. Sprinkle top of pizza with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the crust is lightly browned and the mozzarella cheese is golden brown, about 15 minutes.

Steps:
- To make the dough: In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, oil, salt and sugar.
- Add in yeast water and mix together, making a ball.
- Knead by hand 5-10 minutes, until when you press your thumb down the indention stays. (You could also use your hand/stand mixer if it has a kneading attachment for about 2-3 minutes or you could use your bread machine).
- Rub small amount of olive oil around dough, to keep it from sticking, and place in a large bowl, covering with saran wrap.
- Place in a warm area to rise atleast 30 minutes.
- While the dough is rising, cook macaroni in boiling salted water until al dente.
- Drain and return to pan.
- Add in 1/3 jar of sauce and butter, stir.
- Set to the side.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Roll out dough to fit either your pizza stone or out on a baking sheet, pinching up edges to make the crust.
- With a spoon, add a very thin layer of sauce on the dough and put in the oven to bake for 15 minutes or until dough is almost fully cooked.
- Remove from oven and add cooked macaroni; cover with more cheese sauce.
- Place back in the oven and continue to cook for an additional 10 minutes or until dough is fully cooked.
- Enjoy!
NEW YORK-STYLE CHEESE PIZZA
This pizza is meant to evoke the classic slice joint pie we all know and love. Baked on a pizza stone or steel in a hot oven for a crispy, chewy crust.

Steps:
- Make the dough: Sprinkle the yeast over the hot water in a small bowl. Let stand until dissolved and slightly foamy, 5 to 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, whisk the bread flour, all-purpose flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl and make a well in the center. Pour the yeast mixture into the well and add the olive oil. Stir with a wooden spoon until a shaggy dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface, dust the dough with flour and knead, dusting with more flour as needed, until very smooth and elastic but still slightly tacky, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl, turning to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 1/2 hours. Divide the dough into two 1-pound balls; wrap one ball in plastic and refrigerate for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Bring to room temperature before using.
- Make the pizza sauce: Combine the tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, sugar and a pinch each of salt and pepper in a medium bowl; season with more salt and sugar if needed. (Makes about 1 1/2 cups.)
- Make the pizza: Preheat the oven to 500˚ F (use the convection setting, if available) with a pizza stone, baking steel or inverted large baking sheet in the lower third of the oven. Working on a lightly floured or cornmeal-dusted piece of parchment, gently stretch and press the other ball of dough into a 12- to 13-inch round. Cover the dough with 1/2 cup pizza sauce, the Parmesan, torn mozzarella and grated mozzarella, leaving a 3/4-inch border.
- Transfer the pizza (on the parchment) to the hot stone and bake until the crust is set, about 5 minutes. Slide out the parchment from under the pizza; continue to bake until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted, 5 to 10 minutes. Slide the pizza onto a cutting board.
CHEESE PIZZA
This plain pie tastes anything but basic. Start with my homemade pizza dough and marinara sauce recipes, so you can make this plus many more pizzas. I put the cheese down first to protect the dough from getting soggy from the sauce.

Steps:
- Place a pizza stone in the center rack of the oven. Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F for 1 to 2 hours before you're ready to bake the pizza to get the stone nice and hot.
- Generously sprinkle a flat work surface with flour. Use a rolling pin to stretch the dough into an 11-inch circle. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured pizza peel or unrimmed baking sheet so it can slide right onto the pizza stone in the oven. (I use the bottom of a baking sheet.)
- Top with the mozzarella, sprinkle with the oregano, then gently spread the marinara sauce on top, leaving about a 1/2-inch border around the edges for the crust (my favorite part!).
- Turn off the oven and turn on the broiler. Use the peel or baking sheet to slide the pizza onto the pizza stone. The heat from the stone will cook the bottom of the pizza and the boiler will char and cook the top, mimicking a Neapolitan pizza oven. Bake until the cheese is melted and the crust is evenly crisped, 5 to 6 minutes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan if desired. Slice the hot pizza and serve immediately.

LITTLE NERO'S CHEESE PIZZA
For when Buzz steals the last slice, make your own! Serve with a glass of milk, Kevin McAllister-style. The smoky cheese blend provides a distinct flavor reminiscent of a wood-fired pie from a standard in-home oven and the pre-heated cooking surface doubles down on the difficult-to-attain-at-home crusty crunch.

- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Make the mac 'n' cheese: Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the flour, salt, and pepper until smooth. Slowly pour in the milk, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and bubbling, about 5 minutes. Add the Happy Belly Cheddar and stir until melted, 2-4 minutes.

- Fold in the eggs and bread crumbs until incorporated.
- Grease a 16-inch pizza pan with nonstick spray. Spoon the mac 'n' cheese onto the pan and smooth in an even layer, pressing gently on the top and sides to release any air bubbles and tidy up the edges.

- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the pizza sauce evenly over the top, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Top with the Happy Belly Mozzarella, pepperoni, bell pepper, and mushrooms.
- Return the pizza to the oven for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and browned to your liking.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle the red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning on top, if using. Let the pizza rest in the pan for 6-8 minutes, until cool enough to handle.
- Transfer the pizza to a cutting board and cut into 10-12 slices.
