1 head cabbage (cut into 4ths)
1 c water
3/4 tsp Old Bay
1 tsp garlic salt
olive oil spray

Steps:

  • Rinse cabbage, cut off stem, and take outer leaves off. Discard. Cut head into 4 equal parts and put into your Ninja Foodi air fryer basket.
  • Add cup of water to your inner pot, put basket inside pot. Set to high pressure for 1 minute, then do a quick release.
  • Remove lid and drain water. Put basket with cabbage inside back into pot. Spray with olive oil spray and sprinkle with seasonings. Close air fryer lid.
  • Set to 400 degrees for 16 minutes (or until the outer leaves are as crispy as you'd like them).
  • Enjoy!

3 lbs stew beef
1/2 cup butter
1 cup beef broth
1 oz envelope Ranch dressing mix.
1 oz envelope Au Jus Gravy Mix or Brown Gravy Mix
1/2 cup Pepperoncini Juice
1/2 cup sliced pepperoncinis
5 cups cabbage (chopped (approximately small head))

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients except cabbage in a 6 to 6.5 electric pressure cooker pot and place under high pressure for 15 minute
  • Quick release and add cabbage.
  • Place under high pressure for 8 more minutes.
  • Quick release and serve with a slotted spoon as a main dish or in a bowl as a soup.

  • Mix the mustards and honey together in a small bowl. Add to the top of the corned beef brisket. And pour the Guinness around the beef brisket.
  • Install the pressure cooking lid and switch the vent to seal. Set the Foodi function to pressure cooker on HI and the time for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Press start. It takes about 10 minutes for the Foodi to come to pressure.

  • Prep the cabbage by cutting slits around the core of the cabbage. Use an apple corer or a paring knife to remove the core.
  • While the cabbage is steaming, dice the onion, remove the casings from the sausage, and mince the garlic.
  • Combine the fire roasted tomatoes, tomato sauce, seasonings, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar into a large measuring cup or bowl. Whisk to combine and set aside.
  • Carefully remove the leaves from the cabbage by rolling them off the head of cabbage and place the leaves on a plate. Start at the top of the cabbage and roll towards the stem. See video in post for demonstration. There are very small and thick leaves towards the core of the cabbage. I dice that part small and add to the sauce. This is completely optional. You could also make a little coleslaw with that part.
