Steps:
- Rinse cabbage, cut off stem, and take outer leaves off. Discard. Cut head into 4 equal parts and put into your Ninja Foodi air fryer basket.
- Add cup of water to your inner pot, put basket inside pot. Set to high pressure for 1 minute, then do a quick release.
- Remove lid and drain water. Put basket with cabbage inside back into pot. Spray with olive oil spray and sprinkle with seasonings. Close air fryer lid.
- Set to 400 degrees for 16 minutes (or until the outer leaves are as crispy as you'd like them).
- Enjoy!

- Cut the onions into large pieces and halve the garlic (precision isn't required here) and place them inside of the cooking pot of the Ninja Foodi. Add the salt and seasoning packet that came with the corned beef.
- Mix the mustards and honey together in a small bowl. Add to the top of the corned beef brisket. And pour the Guinness around the beef brisket.
- Install the pressure cooking lid and switch the vent to seal. Set the Foodi function to pressure cooker on HI and the time for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Press start. It takes about 10 minutes for the Foodi to come to pressure.

- First set pot on Saute mode HIGH. Add beef and be sure to brown well and break up any larger pieces. Add seasoning, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic. Continue to saute and stir consistently for about 5 minutes.
- Chop your head of cabbage. Kick off saute mode. Place cabbage on top of beef combination. (NO NEED to drain the meat as long as it is a bit leaner and not too greasy). - Prep the cabbage by cutting slits around the core of the cabbage. Use an apple corer or a paring knife to remove the core.
- While the cabbage is steaming, dice the onion, remove the casings from the sausage, and mince the garlic.
- Combine the fire roasted tomatoes, tomato sauce, seasonings, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar into a large measuring cup or bowl. Whisk to combine and set aside.
