NINJA FOODI ROASTED BABY POTATOES
Roasted potatoes happen to be my favorite side dishes because they are so simple to make, but throughout the summer months, I just can't stand cooking with my traditional kitchen oven.

Steps:
- Put in the Crisper Basket and shut the lid. Choose AIR CRISP, set the temperature to 390°F, and set the time to 20 minutes. Select START/STOP to start Ninja Foodi preheating.
- In the meantime, Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until evenly coated.
- After the Ninja unit beeps to let you know it has preheated, Place the potatoes to the Crisper Basket. Shut the lid and cook for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes of cooking shake the crisper basket well. Put the basket back in the Ninja unit and shut the lid to continue cooking.
- After 10 minutes, stop and check for sought after crispness. Resume cooking up to 5 additional minutes, if needed.

NINJA FOODI POT ROAST
Tender and delicious pot roast made in the Ninja Foodi pressure cooker.

Steps:
- Combine all the seasonings in a small bowl and mix them together. Season the roast evenly with the seasoning mixture. Be sure to rub the seasoning into the roast.
- Turn the Ninja Foodi to the saute function. Add the oil to the pan, and sear the roast for about 3 minutes on each side. Next, add in the celery, carrots, garlic, and onions.
- In a cup, mix together the warm water, beef base, and Worcestershire sauce. Then, pour the mixture into the pot with the pot roast and vegetables.
- Turn the Ninja Foodi to the pressure cooker setting, and pressure cook on High for 90 minutes. Make sure that the pressure cooker valve is turned to the "Seal" position.
- Once the roast is done cooking, remove the roast and vegetables from the pot and transfer them to a serving plate.
- Optional. To thicken the gravy: Turn the pressure cooker to the saute function. Mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water to make a cornstarch slurry. Wisk the slurry into the gravy. Taste the gravy, and adjust the seasonings to your liking if necessary. Spoon your desired amount of gravy over the pot roast and vegetables. See notes for lower carb thickening option.

NINJA FOODI BABY POTATOES

Steps:
- Wash potatoes.
- Place potatoes and water in the Ninja Foodi and cover with the pressure cooking lid.
- Turn on the Foodi and select Pressure. Set the pressure setting to high and the time to 10 minutes. Adjust for more or lESS potatoes.
- When cooking is complete release the pressure. Drain the water.
- Add butter to the potatoes and mix gently to compeletly coat the potatoes. Add the garlic salt and mix again.
- Serve immediately.

- Baked Potatoes in Ninja Foodi
- Stab baked potatoes with fork all over potato.
- Add olive oil to skin, making sure there is oil on all of the potato skin. The easiest way to do this is simply with your hand or with a natural basting brush.
- Add Air Crisp black basket to inner ceramic pot.
- Place prepped baking potatoes inside air crisp basket.
- Season potatoes well with sea salt.
- Close Air Crisp lid.
- Set Air Fryer on 400 degrees on Air Crisp for 40 minutes.
- Note that depending on the size of your potato, you may only need 35 minutes. The great thing about the Air Crisp lid is you an simply check at the 35 min mark and close back up.
- Potatoes are done with a knife slides through easily and skins are crispy.

CRISPY AIR FRYER POTATOES

- Dice your potatoes into 1/2 inch thick cubes. Try to make them similar in size so they all cook up evenly.
- In a large bowl, toss your potatoes with avocado oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika until evenly coated.
- Place in air fryer basket and set the timer to 20 minutes and the temperature to 400.
- Half way through the cooking cycle, toss potatoes and rotate so they cook even.
- Remove crispy roasted potatoes from the air fryer basket and serve.

ROASTED RED POTATOES IN THE NINJA FOODI GRILL
Steps:
- Rinse potatoes off first and pat dry. Quarter cut your potatoes. Slice your onions on the thicker side. Add to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle avocado oil on and mix to be sure all potatoes are coated. DO NOT use olive oil. (NOTE you may use yellow potatoes for this recipe)
- Add salt and pepper to taste, mix. Add italian seasoning on to coat lightly, and mix well.
- Lightly prep the inner basket of the Foodi Grill with avocoda oil. I use a paper towel. Add potatoes to the basket. Preheat Grill to 375 roast option.
- Set temperature 375 for 20 to 23 minutes. Mid way through check on potatoes and lightly toss them to be sure all are roasting evenly. You can spritz more avocado oil on if you desire. You may add more time for desired crispness. Enjoy! Garnish with rosemary sprigs

- Set your Ninja Grill to ROAST and set the temperature to 400 degrees. Set the timer for 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl toss the potato chunks with avocado oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange in a single layer in the basket.
- Once the grill has been preheated, cook for 15 to 20 minutes, to the desired doneness.
