NO BAKE PEANUT BUTTER BARS
These are no-bake peanut butter and crispy rice bars covered in chocolate.

Steps:
- Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, stir together the butter, peanut butter and confectioners' sugar until well blended. Mix in the rice cereal so that it is evenly distributed. Press the mixture into the prepared pan.
- In the microwave or over a double boiler, melt chocolate chips, stirring occasionally until smooth. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the peanut butter bars. Refrigerate until set before cutting into bars.

Steps:
- Line a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with wax paper or baking parchment. Place the corn syrup and sugars in a large saucepan over medium heat and stir to combine. Bring to a boil. Remove from the heat.
- Stir in the peanut butter and mix well to combine. Quickly stir in the vanilla and Rice Krispies. Spread into the lined baking pan. Cool and slice into squares.

Steps:
- Grease and line a brownie pan with non-stick baking paper.
- Measure the peanut butter and honey into a large microwave safe bowl and mix together.
- Place the bowl in the microwave and cook for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until the mixure is boiling and starting to thicken. This will usually take 2-3 minutes.
- Working quickly, pour the puffed rice cereal into the peanut butter and honey mixture and stir until well combined.
- Tip the mixture into the lined pan then press down into the tin to form an even layer.
- Place in the fridge to set for around an hour, then remove and slice into bars.

Steps:
- lightly grease 11 x 7-inch, can use a 13 x 9-inch baking dish but you will have a thinner bar.
- In a large bowl combine Rice Krispies cereal, oats and raisins.
- In a saucepan stir the corn syrup or honey and brown sugar until just at a boil.
- Immediately remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour over the dry ingredients in the bowl; mix to combine.
- Mix in mini chocolate chips (if using) work fast the mixture hardens quickly.
- Transfer the mixture into prepared baking dish, then using slightly wet hands push evenly down into the pan.
- While the mixture is still soft, for easier slicing take a sharp knife and slice into desired size bars.
- Chill until firm.
