And that's where the Paloma comes in...Built on the same tequila and citrus combination as a margarita, the Paloma is a zesty, refreshing cocktail that mixes tequila, fresh grapefruit juice (or grapefruit soda, if you like), a touch of lime juice, simple syrup, and sparkling water. Steps:
- Salt rim of glass by rubbing grapefruit wedge on the edge and dipping into coarse sea salt
- Fill glass halfway with ice
- Add Ritual Zero Proof Alcohol-Free Tequila Alternative, grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice to cocktail shaker
- Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds
- Strain cocktail into glass
- Top with sparkling water
- Garnish with grapefruit wedge and serve
