NUWAVE OVEN SHEPHERD'S PIE

Steps:

• In a medium skillet saute crumbled sausage untill lightly browned.
• Add salt, green pepper, garlic and onion to sausage mixture and continue sauteing untill soft.
• Warm potato mixture to facilitate spreading.
• Place sausage and pepper mixture into the pie shell.
• Spread fresh corn over mixture.
• Spread mashed potatoes to cover pie. Cover pie with mozzarella cheese.
• Place pie on 1 inch rack and bake on power level 8 for thirty minutes.

HOW TO BAKE PIE CRUST IN NUWAVE RECIPE

Steps:

• Poke holes in the bottom and sides of dough with a fork. Attach the Extender Ring to the NuWave Oven and place the 2-inch rack in the NuWave and place your pie pan on the rack. Bake on Power Level High for 15 minutes, checking every 5 minutes, and patting down gently if needed. Remove the crust from your Oven, and follow the listed directions for your pie. You may need to cover the top with foil or parchment paper.
