GRILLED OLD BAY CHICKEN WINGS
Fabulously spiced Grilled Old Bay Chicken Wings are perfect for game day!

- In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning and baking powder until combined. Toss the chicken wings with the Old Bay mixture.
- Grill the wings over medium heat of 5-6 minutes. Flip the wings over and cook for an additional 6-7 minutes or until done. Transfer to a platter or clean bowl.
- Whisk the remaining Old Bay and butter together. Toss the cooked wings in the butter mixture and serve immediately.

When people think of Maryland, the iconic shape of an Old Bay can is probably one of the first things to come to mind since we put it on everything! It's no wonder Old Bay Wings are a staple at restaurants and pubs across the Old Line State.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425° and pat wings dry.
- For the sauce, in a small, thick-bottom pot, melt the butter, whisk in 2 tbsp of Old Bay, lemon juice, and hot sauce, then let cool.
- Set aside half of the sauce, and toss the wings in the remaining lukewarm Old Bay sauce.
- Grill wings over medium-high grill 20-25 minutes, turning frequently, until chicken is cooked completely and skin is deliciously crisp.
- Toss the wings in the remaining sauce, serve with dip and celery sticks.

- For the chicken: Mix together Old Bay, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. Place wings in a large bowl and sprinkle with Old Bay mixture, tossing to coat evenly. Arrange wings in a single layer on wire rack placed over a baking sheet. Refrigerate uncovered for at least 8 hours.
- To make the sauce: Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in hot sauce and Worcestershire. Remove from heat and seat aside.
- Light one chimney full of charcoal. When all the charcoal is lit and covered with gray ash, pour out and arrange the coals on one side of the charcoal grate. Set cooking grate in place, cover grill and allow to preheat for 5 minutes. Clean and oil the grilling grate. Place the wings skin side up over the cool side of the grill, cover, and cook until skins are crisp and are starting to brown, 30 to 40 minutes.
- Transfer wings to a large bowl. Add in sauce and toss to thoroughly coat. Transfer to a serving tray and serve immediately.
OLD BAY® GRILLED CHICKEN WINGS

- Place wings in a large bowl. Add 1 tablespoon seafood seasoning and massage into wings until evenly coated. Add cornstarch and toss to coat. Place wings on a baking sheet and let rest for 10 minutes while the grill is preheating.
- Preheat an outdoor grill to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C) and lightly oil the grate.
- Place wings directly onto the grate of the preheated grill and cook over indirect heat for 10 minutes. Flip the wings and cook 10 minutes more over indirect heat. Transfer wings to a baking sheet to rest.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add remaining 1 tablespoon of seafood seasoning and cook until seasoning is incorporated into the butter, about 3 minutes.
- Place wings in a large bowl. Drizzle seasoned butter over the wings and toss to coat. Serve immediately.

- In a small bowl, mix together Old Bay, baking powder, and salt.
- Pat dry chicken wings with paper towels. Place wings in a large bowl and sprinkle in Old Bay mixture, tossing to evenly coat. Arrange wings in a single layer on wire rack set inside a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, leaving a little space between each wing. Place baking sheet with wings in refrigerator for 8 hours to overnight.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Move baking sheet with the wings to oven and cook until browned and crisp, about 30 to 45 minutes.
- Combine butter, hot sauce, and Worcestershire in large bowl. Place wings in the bowl with the sauce mixture and toss to thoroughly coat. Move wings to a platter and serve immediately.
