- Cook the linguine in boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside. In the same pot, heat the butter, then add 1½ tablespoon cajun seasoning and mix the spice with the butter. Add in shrimp. Cook until the shrimp turn pink. Take the shrimp out and set aside. Keeping the heat on, add in butter until it's melted, then add in diced yellow onion and green pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes, until the onion is translucent. Add in kielbasa sausage and cook for another minute, then add minced garlic, salt, cajun seasoning, red pepper flakes, and dried thyme. When everything is cooked and mixed well, pour in chicken stock and heavy cream. Mix well, and cook for about 3 minutes. When the sauce is thickening, add the shrimp and pasta back into the pot. Mix until everything is well-combined. To serve, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Enjoy.

- Season shrimp with cajun seasoning, salt and freshly ground black pepper until well coated. Then, slice sausage, cut onions, mince garlic and set aside. Then heat a large pot of water, add pasta to boiling water and cook pasta according to package instructions or until al dente.
- Heat a large skillet or sauté pan over medium high heat and drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add shrimp and cook for 2-4 minutes, flipping at the halfway point. Transfer to a plate and set aside. Add sausage (add a little more olive oil if needed) and brown sausage until caramelized on both sides, around 4 to 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
- If needed add another drizzle of olive oil to the pan, and sauté onions, garlic, and thyme until fragrant and softened. Add chicken broth, cream, crushed tomatoes, worcestershire sauce. Stir until combined and bring to a simmer scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the pan.
- Continue to allow sauce to simmer, and season with cajun seasoning, granulated white sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried parsley flakes, cayenne pepper (optional), smoked paprika, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Stir until well combined and allow to simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add in parmesan cheese, and continue to stir occasionally for another 5 minutes. Then add in cooked pasta and sausage stirring to combine and heated through around 2 - 3 minutes. Then add shrimp, stir and remove from heat. Garnish with fresh parsley, fresh cracked black pepper and more parmesan cheese if desired.

- Pour olive oil into the pot.
- Add diced chicken breast to the pot, cover with cajun seasoning, and stir until the chicken is evenly seasoned.
- Add sliced sausage and stir. Cook the meat on medium heat for 5-10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Once the meat is cooked, add in the garlic, onion, peppers, and mushrooms, and stir. Continue stirring for 3-5 minutes as the veggies cook down.
- Add the dry pasta to the pot (if using long, thin noodles, break in half), then pour in the chicken broth. Stir until everything is well-mixed.
- Cover the pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, keep covered bring the heat down to a simmer for 10 minutes (stirring every two minutes).
- NOTE: If there still extra chicken broth, you can discard it, cook longer until the liquid evaporates, or add a little cornstarch to thicken the liquid.
- Lastly, add heavy cream and parmesan and stir until your pasta is well blended. Stir in parmesan cheese.

- Add the bacon to a large pot over medium heat and cook it until it becomes crispy.
- Remove it from the pan with a slotted spoon and set aside.
- Add the garlic and cook for thirty seconds or until it becomes fragrant, then add the shrimp, Cajun seasoning, onion powder, cayenne powder and salt.
- Stir and let the shrimp cook for about 4 minutes, or until they have turned pink and have cooked through.
- Remove the shrimp from the pot but leave whatever grease is left and pour in the chicken broth.
- Bring it to a simmer over medium high heat and add the linguini.
- Press it down into the broth as it softens and let it cook according to the instructions on the package. Stir it often to prevent it from sticking.
