1 1/2 ounces silver tequila
1/2 teaspoon fresh lime zest
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 ounce fresh orange juice
Simple syrup, optional
3 ounces ginger beer, cold
Lime wedge, for garnish

Steps:

Combine the tequila, lime zest, lime juice, orange juice and a few ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Pour into a rocks glass over ice. Taste, and stir in some simple syrup if you'd like it sweeter. Top off with the ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge.

1 slice orange
salt (optional)

Steps:

Salt may be applied to rim of glass if wanted. Just dip the rim into the liquour or lime juice then into salt.
Fill with ice cubes.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir!
Enjoy!
Optional Straight up:.
Shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.

1 cup sugar
1 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup orange liqueur
1 cup mezcal
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1 clementine, cut into wheels
Margarita salt, for rims

Steps:

Combine the sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepot. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, and cook until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool completely. (Makes about 1 cup.)
To a large pitcher, add the lime juice, orange liqueur, mezcal, orange juice and 1/4 cup simple syrup. Stir to combine. Taste and add more simple syrup if desired.
Moisten the rim of the 4 to 6 rocks glasses with a clementine wheel and then dip the rims in margarita salt. Add ice to the glasses (not the pitcher) and pour over the margarita mixture.
Garnish each drink with a clementine wheel, and serve.

grated ginger
4 cups ice
2 tablespoons kosher salt or 2 tablespoons margarita salt
crystallized ginger (optional)

Steps:

Place frozen orange juice concentrate (reserve 1 tablespoon), tequila, ginger liqueur, ginger, and ice in a blender and mix until ice is crushed.
Place reserved tablespoon concentrate on a small plate and salt on another small plate. Dip rims of 4 glasses in concentrate and then in salt. Fill glasses, garnish with crystallized ginger if desired, and serve.

3/4 ounce Ginger-Lime Base liquid
1 1/2 ounces anejo tequila
1/2 ounce Cointreau

Steps:

Place salt mixture in a shallow dish. Moisten the rim of a rocks glass with one of the lime wedges and dip in salt mixture to coat; set aside.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add tequila, ginger-lime base liquid, and Cointreau; shake to combine and strain into prepared glass. Squeeze remaining lime wedge over glass and add to cocktail. Serve.

2 ounces fresh lime juice
4 1/2 ounces chilled tequila blanco
1 1/2 ounces orange liqueur
Coarse salt, for glasses
Chilled seltzer

Steps:

In a pitcher, muddle mint with orange juice and lime juice. Add tequila and orange liqueur. Fill with ice and stir until cold.
To serve, dip rims of glasses in a shallow bowl of water, followed by a shallow bowl of salt to coat. Pour margarita into glasses and top with chilled seltzer. Serve with mint sprigs and orange wheels.
