FETA CHEESE DIP
Baked Feta Cheese Dip with a block of fresh feta cheese, Grape tomatoes, and fresh basil is a delicious savory and cheesy appetizer dip, perfect for bagel chips, pita bread or Melba toast.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Add block of feta cheese and grape tomatoes to a 2-1/2 quart casserole dish.
- Drizzle top of cheese and tomatoes with minced garlic and olive oil.
- Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Top dish with 1/3 cup freshly sliced basil.
- Bake dip for 30 minutes.
- Remove Feta Cheese Dip from oven and stir. Tomatoes should pop open, however, if they don't, give them a little poke with a knife or flatten with the back of the spoon.
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Sprinkle Feta Dip with more fresh basil before serving with melba toast, bagel chips, or pita bread pieces.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a small baking dish with non stick spray. Place feta on baking dish. Combine sauce and garlic. Pour around and over the feta cheese. Sprinkle cheese with crushed red pepper flakes. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove feta from oven and top with fresh herbs. Serve immediately.

- Preheat oven at 400.
- In a small oven-safe baking dish, or a clay pot, layer the crumbled cheese, covering the entire bottom of the dish.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic on top of the feta cheese.
- Spoon the tomato sauce, covering the entire cheese and garlic mixture
- Mix together the mozzarella cheese and the cheddar cheese; layer on top of the tomato sauce.
- Bake it in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve it warm with a side of flatbread or tortilla chips.

- Transfer dip to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
