- Add frozen spinach and artichokes to large saucepan over medium heat and sprinkle with just a bit of salt. Place cashews in food processor and turn on. Grind until your cashews become a flour then begin to pour in your olive oil until you get a creamy consistency. Kind of like a super creamy cashew butter. Once your spinach is completely thawed and it's all good and warm, drain the excess water from your saucepan and add spinach and artichoke to a large bowl. Add your creamy cashews and seasonings to the bowl and mix thoroughly. Serve with sweet potato chips or veggies! If you are eating cheese, add goat cheese to your cashews and spinach and artichoke mixture. Mix well to combine.

- In an oven-safe skillet, melt coconut oil and saute garlic and onion for 2-3 minutes, until the onions are slightly translucent. Add the spinach and wilt 2-3 minutes, then stir in the artichokes and green onions. Remove from heat.
- Add in remaining ingredients and stir until very well combined. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
- Broil dip on low rack until hot and bubbly, about 3-5 minutes, watching closely so that it doesn't burn.
- Sprinkle with smoked paprika, if desired, and serve with sliced veggies or paleo tortilla chips or crackers.

- Add the chopped onions, sprinkle with salt and cook until soft. Then, add the garlic and continue to cook until just softened.
- Once garlic is just softened, add the spinach and sautée until wilted, then add artichokes. Cook for a minute longer, sprinkle again with salt, then remove from heat.
- For the "cream" mixture, in a large bowl combine coconut cream, mayo, lemon juice, onion powder, cayenne, nutritional yeast, 3/4 tsp salt. You can whisk together well or use a hand blender to combine until creamy.

- First, steam the cauliflower by adding about 1/2 an inch of water to a pan and bring to a simmer. Add the cauliflower and cover the pan for 5-8 minutes or until the cauliflower is soft. Drain the excess water, and set the cauliflower aside.
- Add the avocado oil to a frying pan and bring to medium heat. Saute the onion and garlic until fragrant and translucent. Remove from the pan add to a blender and reserve about 1 tbsp of oil in the pan. Set aside.
- Using a high-speed blender, combine all of the ingredients (reserving the spinach) and blend until smooth. Add the chicken broth to make the dip creamier if desired. Spoon into a bowl or serving dish and set aside.
- Using the same frying pan, wilt the spinach on medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Stir into the dip and mix well.
