PARMESAN CHEESE POTATO BALLS RECIPE: HOW TO MAKE …
From recipes.timesofindia.com
- To prepare this delicious snack recipe, take a pressure cooker and put it over medium flame. Add the potatoes along with required water and boil them on 2-3 whistles. Once the potatoes are boiled, turn off the flame and let the pressure release on its own.
- Open the lid of the cooker and let them cool down. Once the potatoes are at room temperature, peel them and mash in a bowl. Add salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder in the mashed potatoes. Mix well and then add Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs (1/2 cup) and chopped coriander leaves in the mashed potatoes, and mix once again.
- Now, take a large tray and grease with a little oil using a kitchen brush. Then, take a little mixture and roll them into a ball. Repeat the procedure to make more such balls and place in the greased tray. Meanwhile, put a kadhai on medium flame and heat oil in it for frying these balls. Also, put a plate filled with breadcrumbs.
- Once the oil is hot enough, take a cheese ball and roll it into the plate of breadcrumbs. After rolling, put the cheese balls one by one in the hot oil and deep fry until they are golden brown in colour. Fry these cheese balls in batches.
