PARMESAN POTATOES
This is our family's favorite potato dish.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a bag combine Parmesan cheese, flour, salt and pepper; mix well. Place potatoes in bag and shake to coat.
- Pour butter into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Stir in potatoes.
- Bake in preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.

ROASTED GARLIC PARMESAN POTATOES RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: russet potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, italian seasoning, paprika, parmesan cheese, fresh parsley

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
- Cut potatoes in half, then slice.
- Place the potatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil and toss to coat.
- In a small bowl, mix salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
- Sprinkle seasoning on potatoes and toss to coat.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parmesan and pepper.
- Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle potatoes with fresh parsley and serve while hot.
- Enjoy!

PARSLEY POTATOES
These potatoes are so good and are great with rib eye steaks.

Steps:
- Peel a strip of skin from around the center of each potato, place the potatoes in cold water. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Saute onion and garlic for 5 minutes or until tender. Pour in broth and 3/4 cup of the parsley; mix well. Bring to a boil.
- Place the potatoes into a large pot full of salted water. Bring the water to a boil; then reduce heat. Simmer covered, for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- Remove potatoes with a slotted spoon to a serving bowl. Sprinkle the black pepper into the skillet and stir.. Pour the peppered sauce over potatoes and sprinkle with remaining parsley.

- Preheat oven to 350* Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Mix flour and parmesan cheese in large plastic bag.
- Shake a few potato cubes in bag at a time and put into buttered pan.
- When done shaking all potatoes and placing them in the pan, Bake for 1/2 hour.
- With spatula turn potatoes over and bake another 1/2 hour.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease small oven proof gratin dish with 1 teaspoon butter.
- Cover bottom of dish with potato slices overlapping.
- Sprinkle with salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
- Dot with jalapeño jelly, dot with butter.
- With a veggie peeler, top layers with thin slices of Parmesan to cover.
- Repeat layers, to fill the dish, ending with Parmesan slices.
- Pour milk or cream gently over all so that it comes within a quarter inch of the top of the dish.
- Bake on middle rack in 350°F oven for 45 minutes to an hour, or until potatoes are tender and top is well browned.
