A good pasta seasoning is hard to come by. That's why you should make your own DIY seasoning for pasta noodles!

1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
2 Tablespoons Oregano (dried)
3 Tablespoons Basil (dried)
1 Tablespoon Rosemary (dried & smashed a bit)
2 Teaspoons Black Pepper

Steps:

  • Mix all the ingredients together in store in an airtight container to use another day.
  • Simply add some of the spaghetti seasoning into your pasta sauce during the cooking process to add amazing Italian flavors!

1 tablespoon instant minced onion
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
2 teaspoons green pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon instant minced garlic
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
3/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and blend well. Store in a cool, dry place. Keeps 6 months. Makes about 1/3 cup of mix (1 package)
  • 2. HOW TO MAKE SPAGHETTI SAUCE: Boil your pasta and drain, don't rinse. Brown one pound of lean ground beef in a medium skillet over medium high heat. Drain excess grease. Add three 8 ounce cans of tomato sauce, one 6 ounce can of tomato paste, 2 3/4 cups of tomato juice or water, and the seasoning mix. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Steps:

  • Stir the Romano cheese, sesame seed, paprika, poppy seed, celery seed, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper together in a small bowl until evenly mixed. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
