2 bunches celery, cut into 4-inch pieces
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup pimento cheese spread

Steps:

Spread peanut butter into one half of the hollow in each celery stalk. Spread pimento cheese spread into the other half. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 20 minutes.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sour cream
¼ cup chopped walnuts
20 green olives with pimento, chopped
1 bunch celery, cut into bite-size pieces

Steps:

In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in the walnuts and chopped olives. Spread filling onto the celery pieces. It's also good on crackers.

8 ounces pimento cheese (I use Price's)
3 drops hot sauce (optional)

Steps:

If using, mix hot sauce with cheese and fill each celery stick with mixture and refrigerate til the game.

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons half-and-half cream
1 tablespoon chopped onion
5 to 6 celery ribs, cut into thirds
Chopped salted peanut, optional

Steps:

In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter and cream until smooth; stir in the onion. Stuff or pipe into celery; sprinkle with peanuts if desired. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Steps:

Clean the celery and cut into 4-inch lengths. (This is about three pieces per stalk).
Spread peanut butter as to fill the "furrow" of the celery.
Some people like the "crunchy" peanut butter.
Serve to kids with an ice cold glass of 2% milk.
