PEANUT BUTTER SWIRL BARS
These Peanut Butter Swirl Bars are the perfect cookie bar to give you that delicious combo of peanut butter and chocolate. They are thick, chewy and as pretty as they are delicious. You can make them up super quick since they only have a few basic ingredients and bake in one pan.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350˚F.
- Beat peanut butter, butter, and both sugars until light and creamy. Gradually add in the 2 eggs and 2 tsp vanilla.
- In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix with the peanut butter mixture one cup at a time. Once combined, spread in a 9"x13" pan and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top.
- Cook 5 minutes then remove and use a knife to swirl the chocolate evenly into the bars. Return to oven and cook 30 more minutes.

- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and milk; mix well. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well., Divide batter in half. To one portion, add peanut butter and peanut butter chips; mix well. To the other portion, add the cocoa and chocolate chips; mix well. , In a greased 9-in. square baking pan, spoon chocolate batter in eight mounds in a checkerboard pattern. Spoon seven mounds of peanut butter batter between the chocolate batter. Cut through batters with a knife to swirl. , Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.

- In a medium bowl, mix together the butter or margarine, graham cracker crumbs, confectioners' sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter until well blended. Press evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 inch pan.
- In a metal bowl over simmering water, or in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave, melt the chocolate chips with the 4 tablespoons peanut butter, stirring occasionally until smooth. Spread over the prepared crust. Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares.

- Coat a 9-by-12 1/2-inch rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray, and line with parchment, leaving an overhang on ends. Melt bittersweet chocolate in a double boiler or a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, stirring. Pour into baking sheet, and spread in an even layer.
- Melt milk chocolate with peanut butter in a double boiler or a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, stirring. Drizzle chocolate-peanut butter mixture over bittersweet chocolate, and swirl with a skewer. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Break into pieces.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream together peanut butter, margarine, brown and white sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Sift or mix together flour, baking powder and salt and add to mixture.
- Spread in a greased 9x13 pan and sprinkle chocolate chips over top.
- Bake for 3 minutes.
- Remove pan and swirl melted chocolate chips through peanut butter mixture with a butter knife. We make it look like a huge serpentine snake going through the mixture, as opposed to circle swirls.
- Return pan to oven and bake 15 minutes more.
SUNNY'S EASY PB&J SWIRL BARS

- Make the crust. Spray an 8-inch square metal baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Line with parchment paper, allowing the parchment to overhang the edges of the pan. Spray again and set aside.
- In a food processor, pulse the crackers, brown sugar and butter until combined and it resembles wet sand. Remove and press into the bottom of the pan. Refrigerate for an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Make the PB layer: In a stand mixer or with a hand-held mixer, beat the peanut butter, brown sugar and butter in a bowl until smooth. Remove the pan from the refrigerator and spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the bottom layer.
- Add the jelly swirl. Drop about 9 dollops of the jam around the pan. Use a skewer or butter knife and drag it through the jam and peanut butter to make swirls.
- Bake until set, about 30 minutes. Allow to cool completely, then remove from the pan and cut into bars the size of your choosing.

- In a large bowl, combine 1-1/4 cups flour, sugar, yeast and salt. In small saucepan, heat milk and butter to 120°-130°. Add to dry ingredients; beat just until moistened. Add egg; beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough (dough will be sticky)., Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes.
