AIR FRYER PORK LOIN



Air Fryer Pork Loin image

Air fryer pork loin comes out tender on the inside and flavored to perfection outside. It's a quick way to cook pork in your Ninja Foodi or other brand.

2 lb pork loin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp basil
3 tbsp brown sugar

Steps:

  • Rinse meat and pat dry with paper towels. Mix seasoning together and then press it on all sides of loin. Cutting it in half first will be necessary so it will fit into your basket.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes. Put coated meat into preheated air fryer basket, close. Set to 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
  • Open and flip loins and cook for 10 more minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing to maintain juiciness.

1 Pork Tenderloin
2 Celery Sticks
4 Medium Carrots
1 Tsp Garlic Puree
1 Can Apple Cider
1 Tbsp Oregano
Salt & Pepper
2 Medium Apples (peeled, cored and diced)

Steps:

  • Peel and dice your carrots, Clean, and dice your celery. Load them into the Ninja cooking pot along with your seasonings and stir.
  • Pour in apple cider and then place the pork tenderloin over. Pressure cook for 5 minutes, followed by another 5 minutes of natural pressure release.
  • After manually releasing the pressure remove the liquid and put to one side. Place the air fryer basket in and add your pork tenderloin, along with sliced and peeled apple.
  • Air fry for 10 minutes at 200c/400f before serving.

2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon salt
1 pork tenderloin
¼ cup hot pepper jelly
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • Whisk chili powder, black pepper, ground cumin, and salt together in a small bowl. Rub spice mixture onto all sides of pork tenderloin. Place tenderloin in a shallow roasting pan.
  • Roast tenderloin in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 150 degrees F (65 degrees C).
  • Stir pepper jelly and balsamic vinegar together in a saucepan over low heat until jelly is completely melted, 1 to 2 minutes. Brush pepper jelly mixture over pork tenderloin and continue to bake tenderloin until jelly coating is hot, about 5 minutes more. Let pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

A recipe I have been developing that borrows heavily from Recipe #142732, and is also influenced by a dish of the same name at the SALA Thai restaurant in OKC. It is surprisingly spicy, but not so much compared with some Thai foods. Do not omit or substitute any ingredients. The heat may be regulated by the amount of dried red and black pepper added, and can be adjusted at the very end of cooking, if need be. The fish sauce is very salty, so no additional salt is called for.

1 1/2 lbs lean pork, cut into small strips
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 large garlic cloves, chopped fine
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1 dried red chili, crushed, for extra heat (optional)
6 slices fresh ginger, quarter-sized, cut into matchsticks
1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
1 -2 tablespoon fish sauce (nam pla)
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup stock or 1/4 cup water

Steps:

  • Heat oil to medium-high; stir-fry garlic, dried chile, and pork, about 3-4 minutes until pork is nearly done.
  • Add onions, ginger, bell pepper, and stir-fry 3 minutes.
  • Add black pepper and remaining liquids and stir-fry another 1-2 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings.
  • Serve over white rice.
