Boozy Peppermint-White Chocolate Iced Mocha image

I never used to like coffee. But one holiday season, I tried a peppermint-white chocolate mocha--and actually enjoyed it. My version is not only sweet, it's boozy too! Win-win.

4 ounces brewed espresso
1 ounce coffee liqueur
1 ounce white chocolate liqueur
1/2 ounce peppermint schnapps
6 ounces milk
Whipped cream, for serving
Crushed candy canes, for serving

Steps:

  • Fill a tall glass with ice.
  • Pour the espresso over the ice. Add the coffee liqueur, white chocolate liqueur and peppermint schnapps and stir. Add the milk and stir. Top with whipped cream and crushed candy canes. Serve immediately.

1 ¾ cups cold milk
2 (3.3 ounce) packages instant white chocolate pudding mix
4 teaspoons instant coffee granules
2 tablespoons warm water
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 (1.4 ounce) bars chocolate covered toffee bars, chopped

Steps:

  • Prepare brownies according to package directions. Bake and cool completely. Cut into 1 inch cubes.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together milk and pudding mix until mixture begins to thicken. Dissolve coffee granules in water and stir into pudding mixture. Fold in whipped topping.
  • In a glass serving bowl, layer one-third of brownie cubes, one-third of pudding mixture and one-third of candy. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used. Chill 30 minutes in refrigerator before serving.

2 cups milk
1 cup very strong brewed GEVALIA French Roast, cooled
2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
24 vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, coarsely chopped
1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, grated
1 cup raspberries
10 hard peppermint candies, crushed

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk, then coffee and chocolate syrup. Add dry pudding mixes; beat 2 min. Gently stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP.
  • Layer half each of the chopped cookies, pudding mixture and grated chocolate in 2-1/2-qt. serving bowl. Repeat layers. Top with remaining COOL WHIP and raspberries.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours. Sprinkle with crushed candy just before serving.

1 fluid ounce brewed espresso
2 cups ice, or as needed

Steps:

  • Combine crushed candies and cookies in a shallow dish. Moisten the rims of two cocktail glasses; turn them upside down and dip into mixture to coat.
  • Pour vodka, coffee liqueur, milk, and espresso into a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice, then shake until frosty. Pour into glasses and serve.

3 tablespoons crushed peppermint candies
1-1/2 pounds Swirled Peppermint Bark [this needs to link to RMS #264202]

Steps:

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, milk and extract until smooth. Fold in whipped cream; set aside., Place a third of the cake in a 3- or 4-qt. trifle dish or serving bowl. Top with a third of each of the cream cheese mixture, crushed peppermint and peppermint bark. Repeat layers twice; garnish with additional bark. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
