PERFECT HOLIDAY COFFEE
Steps:
- Boil water for instant coffee granules. Pour boiling water in a coffee mug once it's ready.
- Add in all the ingredients (except Cool Whip and chocolate) and mix well.
- Top it off with Cool Whip. Use a cheese grater to make chocolate shavings with the the Andes Mint Chocolate. Enjoy!

The recipe says that it will make 4 servings but that is for huge mugs 16 oz mugs. Smaller mugs or cups will give you more servings. Cook time is however long your coffee pot takes.

- Stir sweetened condensed milk into coffee, and serve immediately with a dollop of whipped cream, a stick of cinnamon and a maraschino cherry.

This is delicious! I use a tablespoon of ground coffee for each cup of coffee. You could always change the amounts to suit your tastes. It would be nice to serve this with chocolate spoons. To make chocolate spoons melt chocolate chips in a double boiler. Coat a teaspoon with the chocolate. Place on parchment paper and freeze. Happy Holidays!
