Chocolate Covered Potato Chips and Pretzels (recipe below)
Milky Ways, cut into bite-sized pieces
Snickers, cut into bite-sized pieces
Kit Kats, cut into bite-sized pieces
Reese Peanut Butter Cups
Bacon
Brown Sugar
1 cup strawberries, quartered
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
3 tablespoons sugar
1teaspoon vanilla extract
Potato Chips
Mini Pretzels
Dark Chocolate

Steps:

I don't think anyone needs a lesson in how to build a s'mores, but here's the idea...
Using a stick, long grilling fork, or wood skewer, stick on a marshmallow and roast over an open flame for 30-60 seconds, or until toasted.
Place roasted marshmallow between 2 graham crackers (or cookies, etc) lined with chocolate (or other toppings) Devour immediately.

Preheat a grill to medium high. Top a honey graham-cracker square with a 1/2-to-1-ounce square of semisweet chocolate. Place on the edge of the grill, away from the direct heat, to melt the chocolate. Meanwhile, skewer a jumbo marshmallow and hold over the heat, turning, until soft and toasted. Put the marshmallow on top of the chocolate, cover with another graham and gently press together as you slide off the skewer.

Steps:

Heat the marshmallow over an open flame until it begins to brown and melt.
Break the graham cracker in half. Sandwich the chocolate between the cracker and the hot marshmallow. Allow the marshmallow to cool a moment before eating.

This is my personal s'mores bar recipe.

Ingredients

9 graham cracker squares
½ cup butter, melted
½ cup brown sugar
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 ½ cups chocolate chips

Steps:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line an 8x8-inch square pan with aluminum foil, leaving a 1-inch overhang on sides.
Crumble graham crackers in a bag; pour into a bowl. Stir in butter and brown sugar until well mixed. Press graham cracker mixture into bottom of pan to form crust.
Bake in preheated oven until crust is lightly browned and smells toasted, about 7 minutes.
Remove pan from oven; cover crust evenly with marshmallows. Sprinkle chocolate chips over marshmallows.
Bake in preheated oven until chocolate chips are melted and marshmallows are browned, about 3 minutes.
Let s'mores rest in pan until cool, about 30 minutes. Refrigerate until set, about 45 minutes. Remove from pan and cut into squares.
