All the traditional flavors of a delicious Philly Cheesesteak served hot on a bed of crunchy nachos.

Steps:
- In a large skillet, heat oil and pan fry steak with onion and seasoning until just browned (about 5 mins over med. heat -you don't want to dry it out because it bakes too!)
- Prepare a cast iron pan with chips With a spoon top chips generously with Ricos Gourmet Cheese sauce Top with steak and more cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 350 f.
- Enjoy warm!

PHILLY CHEESESTEAK NACHOS
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Lay out the baguette chips in an even layer on a baking sheet and top with the roast beef, sliced bell peppers and nacho cheese. Bake until everything is hot and the cheese is melted, 5 to 10 minutes. Top with the caramelized onions and pickled jalapenos. Serve warm.

- If making the beer-cheese: In a sauce pot on medium, add the cream cheese, shredded cheeses, beer, paprika, a pinch of salt and a few grinds of pepper. Stir until melted and keep warm, adding beer to loosen if needed.
- If making the white cheese sauce: In a small pot on medium heat, add the butter, oil, onions, jalapeño, a pinch of salt and a grind or two of pepper. Cook while stirring until the onions are tender, then add the flour and cook until the foam dies down but doesn't brown, about 2 minutes. Add the heavy cream and stir until thickened, about 5 minutes. Add the cheese and stir until melted. Keep warm.
