Steps:
- In a large mixing bowl, add eggs, oil, crushed pineapples and mix until smooth.
- Add cake mix and mix until just combined.
- Pour batter in a greased and floured rectangle cake pan (Dimensions: 9x13) and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until an inserted toothpick in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool down completely.
- Then, spread whipped cream on top.
- Sprinkle coconut.
- Slice and enjoy!

- Stir together melted margarine and brown sugar in 8-inch cake pan. Place pineapple slices in sugar mixture. Place cherry in center of each pineapple slice and in the center of the pan.
- Prepare cake mix according to the package directions. Pour cake batter evenly over pineapple.
- Bake at 350 degrees F, 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool 5 minutes. Loosen edges and turn out onto serving platter.

- DO THE FILLING. In a bowl combine crushed pineapple, whipped all purpose cream, and condensed milk. Divide into 4 equal parts. Set aside.
- LAYER AND ASSEMBLE. Spread ¼ of the pineapple cream mixture on the bottom of an 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Dip 4 pieces of crackers into reserved pineapple juice and place on top of pineapple cream mixture. Repeat procedure for the remaining crackers and cream mixture.
- GARNISH. Spread the crushed MY San Grahams on top. Chill before serving.
