Steps:
- In a wok or deep skillet, heat up the oil over high heat and cook onion, garlic, carrots, bell peppers, and ham until onions are translucent and ham is slightly browned. Push all of the cooked ham and vegetables to the side of the pan.
- Beat the eggs and pour into the cleared half of the pan. Scramble the eggs and mix with the rest of the vegetables.
- Add rice, soy sauce, pepper, and pineapple. Mix well and let the rice cook until slightly crispy.
- Enjoy!

Steps:
- Using a sharp knife carefully cut the pineapple in half lengthways.
- Using the tip of a knife, cut around the edge of the pineapple being careful not to cut through the skin.
- Slice down and across the pineapple flesh then scoop out the pineapple cubes with a spoon. Discard the core and set the flesh aside.
- In a large wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over a medium heat. Fry the beaten eggs in a hot wok.
- Once cooked, push the eggs to a side and add in the prawns to the other side.
- Fry until the prawns are just cooked. Remove eggs and prawns from the wok and set aside.
- Heat the wok until smoking hot and pour in 6 tablespoons of oil.
- Add the garlic, chilli, and onion and stir until fragrant.
- Add in the rice and vegetables, and fry until rice turns slightly brown and the veggies are thoroughly cooked.
- Add the cooked eggs and prawns, add in the fish sauce and the prepared pineapple flesh and stir until everything is well mixed together.
- Serve in the empty pineapple halves, along with some lime juice and spring onions.
- Enjoy!

- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger powder and white pepper; set aside. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium high heat. Add garlic and onion to the skillet, and cook, stirring often, until onions have become translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in carrots, corn and peas, and cook, stirring constantly, until vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in rice, pineapple, ham, green onions and soy sauce mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, until heated through, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately.

- Mix soy sauce, curry powder and sugar. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat; stir-fry shrimp until they turn pink, 2-3 minutes. - Bring the rice and water to a boil in a saucepan over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until the rice is tender, and the liquid has been absorbed, 20 to 25 minutes. Spread cooked rice out on a rimmed baking sheet and refrigerate until cooled, about 20 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Cook and stir the green onions, ham, and peas in the hot oil until onions have softened, about 2 minutes. Stir the pineapple chunks into the wok; cook until pineapple begins to darken, about 2 minute. Push ingredients to the side of the wok, and pour beaten egg in the center.
