This Pineapple Margarita Mocktail recipe is a fun and tropical take on a classic virgin margarita. It is the perfect blend of sweet and tart and contains no alcohol, so all ages can enjoy it.

- Slice your lime and run lime wedge around edge of glasses
- Dip the rim of your glass into the sugar and salt mixture, set aside
- Mix together limeade, simple syrup, lime juice and pineapple juice

- Top with club soda
- Add lime wedge to garnish
- Squeeze lime wedge into drink and enjoy

- Combine the tequila, agave, pineapple, cilantro and chile pepper in a large shaker; muddle with the end of a wooden spoon.
- Add the pineapple juice, lime juice and triple sec to the shaker and fill with ice. Cover and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into 2 rocks glasses filled with ice. (Rim the glasses with salt, if desired.) Garnish with the pineapple wedges and more chile pepper.
