PINEAPPLE-ORANGE SPICED TEA
The sweet aroma of this tea wafting from a slow cooker warms the dreariest day. My daughter served it for a holiday open house, and coffee drinkers were instantly converted. I bring it to the office to spice up our break room beverage selections. -Carole J. Drennan, Abilene, Texas

HOT SPICED TEA FOR THE HOLIDAYS
This is an old family favorite, handed down from my great-grandmother. The holidays officially begin with Christmas carols and my favorite hot spiced tea! Definitely a seasonal comfort beverage for me! I prefer to use fresh juices with pulp. The flavors are different. Canned pineapple in light syrup is best. Set the pineapple chunks aside for the rest of your holiday baking. Store leftovers in refrigerator and reheat as needed.

PEACH ORANGE ICED TEA
This is a peach- and orange-flavored iced tea, great on a hot summer day. A nectarine can be substituted for the peach. A mandarin orange can be substituted for the clementine.

PINEAPPLE ORANGE RUSSIAN TEA
The absolute BEST remedy for a cold! This is a bit different from most Russian tea recipes, much tastier in my opinion. But I'm partial since it's my mom's recipe! Delicious served hot or cold. It also freezes well. It makes such a big batch--I generally put 1 pitcher in the fridge and 1 in the freezer.
