PISTACHIO MARTINI RECIPE WITH BLUE CURACAO



Pistachio Martini Recipe With Blue Curacao image

Pistachio Martini with Blue Curacao tastes like a creamy melting pot of pistachio ice cream in your mouth. As I mentioned above, there is no trace of pistachio or Martini, here, but you can find an alternative recipe if you keep on reading, if you're a serious pistachio addict. This cocktail is great for home bar mixers or even holidays. You can also experiment with garnishing.

8 ounces Amaretto
8 ounces Bailey's Cream Liqueur
8 ounces Blue Curacao
4 Chilled Martini glasses
½ cup Rustic ground pistachio for decoration ((optional))

Steps:

  • Pour the ingredients into a shaker and fill it with ice. Shake them for 1-2 minutes as fast as you can.
  • Filter the cocktails without the ice into the chilled Martini glasses.
  • Garnish the drink by either pouring ground pistachio on top of it or wetting the rim of your glasses and dipping it into the ground pistachio.
  • Serve the cocktails fresh and chilled in Martini glasses... Have fun with them!
