POLISH BULLET COCKTAIL
this cocktail tastes like apple struedal, this recipe calls for specialist vodka, zubrowka bison grass vodka, its made using grass that bison grass graze on dont know if they pee on the grass but the vodka tastes nice, almost cucumbery fresh. whatever you do do not chew the grass that comes in the bottle my husband did this and it made him fell really sick. During my spell in university doing my psychology degree i worked ina popular chain of cocktail bars in the uk called revolution. i kept all my training materials, and myu little laminated ingredient lists that i used to keep in my apron. i thought it was about time i updated them onto recipezaar. There are some revolution classics in this and also some that they dont do anymore at rev. I may be a bit vague on the floating parts of cocktails, i haven't made them in a while. This may be a good excuse to! the reason why i specify using a glass tumbler to mix the drink in is purely for logistics- creating one drinks worth at a time by measuring it out in the serving glass and serving it in the same glass. its how we used to do it a rev, if your prefer to do it in a cocktail shaker thats fine just beware not to out too much ice in.

Steps:
- half fill a 14 oz tumbler with ice and pour in all ingredients.
- if using tumbler put the larger half of the cocktail shaker on the top of the glass tumbler hold tight and shake until their is condensation on outside of the cocktail shaker.
- tap cocktail shaker gentle on a surface to release glass and pour from cocktail shaker back into tumbler.
- serve immediatley.

BOLOGNESE MADE BY A POLISH GIRL !
This sauce can be divided into single servings, frozen for future use. When reheating go ahead and add some VODKA and cream for a great vodka meat sauce (here's the Polish part)! I made this with only 1 tablespoon Olive oil and lean meats trying to keep the fat down and didn't lose anything in taste! Delicious in a meat lasagne or a baked ziti dish. Top a pizza or go a whole different way and place in a pie dish and top with mashed potatoes for a Italian shepherds pie! Now that's South meets East meets Western Europe! ;) Enjoy!

Steps:
- In a large heavy bottom pot on medium heat, heat up the olive oil, add the garlic, onion, pepper, carrot, celery, and mushrooms cook allowing them to soften about 5 minutes.
- Add Chianti and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add 1/2 the parsley, meats, mix everything together breaking up and cook over a gentle flame until the meat has changed color.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasonings, red pepper flakes, basil, tomato puree, diced tomatoes, and paste.
- SIMMER gently for half an hour and season to taste with salt and black pepper. Be sure to stir not to burn this rich thick sauce.
- If the mixture is dry add a little more olive oil, some vodka, or tomato puree. Serve over pasta, topped with parmesan cheese and remaining fresh parsley to garnish.
