POMEGRANATE LEMONADE SPRITZERS

Steps:

• In a small saucepan, heat the water, pomegranate juice, and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and starts to simmer. Stir occasionally. Turn the heat off and add in the pomegranate seeds. Let the syrup cool for at least five minutes before adding it into the cocktails.
• You can serve this two ways. The first way is to pour the syrup into the bottom of a pitcher. Pour the sparkling water and lemon in and then stir. Add ice. Pour into individual glasses and garnish with more ice, lemon slices, and a few pomegranate seeds.
• The second way you can serve this, which is pictured, is to add a tablespoon or two to each individual glass. Mix the lemon juice and sparkling water together in a pitcher. Pour the lemon water over the syrup, add ice, lemon slices, and a few pomegranate seeds to each glass and then serve. The pomegranate syrup will stay on the bottom of the glass until mixed in.

POMEGRANATE LEMONADE SPRITZER

Steps:

• Pour the pomegranate juice into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight. Put the lemon juice and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer; cook, stirring, until sugar is completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature.
• To serve, fill a tall rocks glass with 3 to 4 pomegranate ice cubes. Pour about 1/4 cup of the lemon syrup over the ice and top off with seltzer. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Stir gently, garnish each glass with a lemon wheel and serve.
• Cook's Note: This recipe is easily doubled or tripled for a crowd

PINK LEMONADE SPRITZER

Steps:

• In a large pitcher, combine vodka and lemonade mix, stirring well. Add pineapple juice, stirring well. Add lemon and lime beverage, stirring well.
• In a shallow dish, add a small amount of water or lemonade spritzer. In another small shallow dish, add desired amount of sanding sugar.
• Dip rims of glasses into liquid mixture and then into sanding sugar to garnish, if desired.
• Divide ice between 6 glasses. Pour lemonade over top. Serve immediately.

POMEGRANATE SPRITZER RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• Make the pomegranate molasses: In a small saucepan, stir together the pomegranate juice, sugar, and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and cook for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until syrupy. Be careful not to burn the syrup. Remove the pot from the heat and let the pomegranate molasses cool completely before using. Any leftovers will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
• Make the cocktail: Add a few tablespoons of sugar to a small plate. Dip the rim of a champagne glass in the pomegranate molasses, then in the sugar to coat.
• Add ½ tablespoon of the pomegranate molasses to the bottom of the glass, then pour in the lemon juice and pomegranate juice. Fill the rest of the way with sparkling wine.
• Float the pomegranate seeds on the top of the cocktail and garnish with the rosemary sprig.
• Serve immediately.

POMEGRANATE CHAMPAGNE SPRITZER

Steps:

• Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add pomegranate liqueur and orange juice. Cover shaker with lid and shake. Remove lid and slowly pour champagne into shaker; gently stir until mixed. Strain cocktail into a champagne glass.
• Squeeze the juice from the orange wedge onto the orange peel. Pour sugar into a small bowl and roll orange peel in the sugar until coated. Float sugar-coated peel in the cocktail.
