Ingredients

1 ounce freshly squeezed pomegranate juice
1 1/2 ounces vodka
1 1/2 ounces freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
Ice cubes
Orange peel, for garnish

Steps:

In a cocktail shaker, combine pomegranate juice, vodka, grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice; shake until well combined. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Twist orange peel over cocktail and add to glass; serve.

2 fluid ounces citron vodka
1 fluid ounce Cointreau or other orange liqueur
2 fluid ounces pomegranate juice
½ fluid ounce lemon juice

Steps:

Pour the vodka, Cointreau, pomegranate juice, and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled martini glass to serve.

1 cup fresh pomegranate juice (or bottled)
1/2 cup vodka
1/2 cup triple sec
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
Fresh pomegranate seeds and lime slices for garnish, optional

Steps:

Fill martini shaker or 3-cup covered container half full with ice. Add all ingredients except pomegranate seeds and lime slices; cover and shake.
Pour into a martini or other tall glass. Pour through a strainer to keep the ice out of the glass.
Garnish with lime slice, sugar rim, or even fresh pomegranate seeds in the drink!

Steps:

Shake ingredients in a shaker and put in chilled martini glasses. Put pomegranate fruit into glass as garnish.

1 oz. freshly squeezed pomegranate juice* or POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
1 1/2 oz. vodka
1 1/2 oz. grapefruit juice
1/2 oz. sour mix, or 1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lime
1/2 oz. simple syrup (equal parts sugar and cold water dissolved together)
Spiraled orange rind for garnish
Ice cubes

Steps:

1. Assemble all ingredients in bar or mixing glass. Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. 2. Garnish with spiraled orange rind. *This cocktail can be made with freshly squeezed juice from a POM Wonderful Pomegranate or by using POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice, which is widely available at retail. To juice the pomegranate, cut it in half (as you would a grapefruit) and squeeze the juice using a citrus reamer or juicer. Pour mixture through a cheesecloth-lined strainer or sieve. One large POM Wonderful Pomegranate will produce about 1/2 cup of juice.
