Oven-Roasted Pork Chops and Vegetables image

2 tablespoons frozen apple juice concentrate
1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
1/2 teaspoon garlic-pepper blend
4 bone-in center-cut pork chops (1/2 inch thick), trimmed of fat
1 1/2 cups fresh baby carrots
1 medium red onion, cut into 8 wedges
2 cups frozen whole green beans

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. In large bowl, combine apple juice concentrate, oil, mustard, seasoned salt, marjoram and garlic-pepper blend; mix well.
  • Brush pork chops with about half of oil mixture; set pork aside. Add carrots and onion to remaining oil mixture; toss to coat. Arrange vegetables in sprayed pan. Bake at 425°F. for 15 minutes.
  • Remove vegetables from oven. Add green beans; stir gently to combine. Arrange pork chops on vegetable mixture.
  • Return to oven; bake an additional 30 to 40 minutes or until pork chops are no longer pink in center and vegetables are fork-tender. Serve pork and vegetables with pan drippings.

6 boneless pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick and 4 ounces each)
1 cup sliced carrots
1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed golden mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 cup water
1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon rubbed sage
Hot cooked noodles or rice

Steps:

  • In a large skillet coated with cooking spray, brown pork chops on both sides. Remove and set aside. , In the same skillet, saute the carrots, green pepper and onion until crisp-tender, stirring to loosen any browned bits from pan. 5 -6 pork chops (boneless or with bones)
2 -3 large potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
1 medium onion, cut into pieces
2 cups carrots (baby carrots can also be used)
1 green peppers or 1 red pepper, cut into slices
4 -5 slices American cheese, cut into strips (can use more depending on how big casserole dish is)
salt
pepper

Steps:

  • Set oven to 350 degrees.
  • Take the chops and sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
  • Place the chops in a frying pan or skillet and cook them until brown.
  • Feel free to add a bit of cooking oil if u so desire.
  • Once brown, remove the chops to the casserole dish and place on the bottom.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Place the cheese on top of the dish.
  • Cover with aluminum foil.
  • Place in oven and bake for 2 hours.

2 cups cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 lb boneless pork chop
1 teaspoon pepper
1 (10 ounce) package frozen green beans, thawed and drained
3 large potatoes, cut into chunks

Steps:

  • Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • Combine mushroom soup with chicken broth and pour into slow cooker.
  • Place chops on top of soup and sprinkle with pepper.

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 small new red potatoes, unpeeled, quartered (about 1 lb)
2 cups ready-to-eat baby-cut carrots
1 medium onion, cut into 8 wedges
1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 boneless pork loin chops (4 oz each), trimmed of fat

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450° F. Spray 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan with cooking spray. In small bowl, mix Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
  • In large bowl, mix potatoes, carrots, onion and garlic. Sprinkle with oil and half of herb mixture; toss to coat evenly. Place in center of pan.
  • Bake 20 minutes; stir vegetables. Sprinkle remaining herb mixture over pork chops. Place pork chops around vegetables. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until pork is no longer pink and meat thermometer inserted in center reads 160° F, and vegetables are tender.
