Steps:
- Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. If pork roast comes in netting or is tied, do not remove. Cook pork in oil about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until brown on all sides.
- Place pork in 3 1/2- to 6-quart slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients except half-and-half and mustard in small bowl; pour over pork.
- Cover and cook on Low heat setting 7 to 9 hours.
- Remove pork from slow cooker; cover to keep warm. Skim fat from pork juices in cooker if desired. Stir half-and-half and mustard into juices. Increase heat setting to High. Cover and cook about 15 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove netting or strings from pork. Serve sauce with pork.

- For the pork: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F.
- Season the pork on both sides with the fennel seeds, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Working in batches, add the pork chops in a single layer and cook, until golden brown, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Remove the chops and transfer to a heatproof serving dish and place in the oven while making the sauce.
- For the sauce: Heat a large heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat. Add the oil, milk, bacon drippings, fennel seeds, garlic, mustard and miso. Bring to a simmer and cook on a low simmer until the sauce is reduced by half, about 20 minutes. Strain the sauce through a fine-mesh sieve and return to the skillet; add the pork chops to coat and heat through. If you would like to cook your pork chops further you can simmer them in the sauce for up to 10 more minutes.

- Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the pork and fry for 2 minutes over a high heat. Toss in the onion, garlic and mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the crème frâiche and mustard, then tear in the basil. As soon as the crème frâiche has gone runny, remove the pan from the heat. Serve with rice and seasonal vegetables.

- Cut tenderloin into 8 pieces. Slice each piece again, but do not cut all the way through; open and flatten each piece, pounding slightly with meat mallet. , In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the pork in butter until no longer pink, 5-6 minutes on each side. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat pork tenderloins generously with mustard. Oil a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Arrange tenderloins in pan, and brown the meat. Turn to brown evenly. Transfer meat to prepared baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Turn, and continue cooking for 20 minutes, or until desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, melt butter over medium heat in the same pan used to cook the pork. Cook shallots in butter until soft. Stir in Marsala, mustard, and cream, and cook until volume of liquid is reduced by half.
- Slice pork, and place on a serving dish. Spoon sauce over meat, and serve.

- Trip fat from pork roast.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown pork on all sides, about 10 minutes.
- Put pork roast in crock pot. Mix together the remaining ingredients (except sauce ingredients). Pour over roast.

- Salt and pepper pork chops and dredge in 2 tablespoons flour.
- Heat butter in large skillet and brown chops well.
- Add wine and lemon juice and simmer, covered for 45 to 50 minutes until very tender.
- Remove chops to serving platter.
- In same skillet, stir 1 1/2 tablespoons of flour into drippings until smooth.
- Stir in cream, mustard and red pepper.
- Simmer, stirring for 1 minute.
- Serve pork chops with sauce.

- PREPARE INGREDIENTS Slice pork into 1.5cm thick medallions (if using rump or fillet). Brush each side with oil and season with salt and pepper. Peel and chop the potatoes into 2cm cubes. Roughly chop broccoli into florets and trim the ends off the beans.
