8 oz. rotini pasta, uncooked (2 cups dry)
1 cup chopped onion
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 bag (6 oz.) baby spinach
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed on package; keep warm. Lightly spray large skillet with cooking spray; heat on medium-high heat. Add onion; cook 5 to 7 min. or until softened. Add cream cheese, broth, mustard and pepper; cook until heated through.
  • Add pork; cover. Reduce heat to low; cook 10 to 12 min. or until pork is cooked through.
  • Drain pasta. Immediately add to skillet along with spinach. Toss until spinach is wilted.Serve topped with cheese.

2 cups multi-grain penne pasta, uncooked
1 cup water
1 pkg. (9 oz.) baby spinach leaves
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Italian* Three Cheese Blend

Steps:

  • Bring tomatoes, pasta and water to boil in large saucepan; stir. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or just until pasta is tender.
  • Add half the spinach; simmer, covered, 2 min. or just until wilted. Stir. Repeat with remaining spinach.
  • Serve topped with cheese.

1 teaspoon canola oil, divided
1-1/2 cups cut fresh green beans
2 celery ribs, sliced
4-1/2 teaspoons chopped onion
3 tablespoons water
4 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon butter

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. In a large nonstick skillet or wok coated with cooking spray, stir-fry pork in 1/2 teaspoon oil until no longer pink. Remove and keep warm., In the same pan, stir-fry the beans, celery and onion in remaining oil until crisp-tender. Add the water, soy sauce and reserved pork; heat through. 1/2 lb spaghetti, whole wheat
1/4 cup vinaigrette dressing, balsamic
1 lb pork, tenderloin, cut into bite sized pieces
1 cup onion, red, chopped
3 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups tomatoes, cherry, halved
1/3 cup chicken broth, low sodium
10 ounces spinach, leaves
1 cup cheese, Italian blend

Steps:

  • Boil pasta.
  • Heat 2 Tbs of vinaigrette, add pork and brown.
  • Add broth and remaining vinaigrette.
  • Add onions, cook until glossy.
  • Add spinach, cover to wilt.
  • Add tomatoes, cook until warmed.
  • Drain and toss in pasta, add 1/2 cup cheese and mix lightly.
