1/2 lb green beans, pared and cooked
2 tomatoes, quartered
2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
1/2 cup green peas, cooked
1/2 cup sour cream
3 drops Worcestershire sauce
3 drops lemon juice
salt and pepper
2 cups spinach

Steps:

Place all ingredients except spinach in a large bowl and mix well.
Adjust seasonings if desired then serve on a bed of spinach.

My boyfriend makes me this breakfast in bed at least twice a week! If you're in the mood for spicy, I like add 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha chili sauce.

Ingredients

½ cup chopped crab meat
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 English muffin, split and toasted
sea salt to taste
2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

Set oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
Mix crab meat and mayonnaise together in a bowl; spread onto each English muffin half. Sprinkle each crab meat layer with sea salt and Cheddar cheese. Place English muffins on a baking sheet.
Broil in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbling, 3 to 5 minutes.

2 tomatoes, cored and quartered
2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
1/2 cup green peas, cooked
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 large head romaine lettuce, washed and dried
3 drops Worcestershire sauce
3 drops lemon juice
salt and pepper

Steps:

place beans, tomatoes, eggs, peas in large bowl.
season with salt and pepper.
add mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.
mix well
serve on lettuce leaves.
