PARTY POTATOES DELUXE
Party Potatoes Deluxe are a staple at my family's holiday get-togethers. Creamy, crunchy, and decadent!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt 1/4 cup butter in an 8x8 casserole dish in the oven while it heats.
- Meanwhile, combine hash browns, green onion, sour cream, cheese and soup in a large bowl. Transfer mixture to the casserole dish after the butter has melted. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
- Melt remaining 1/4 cup butter in the microwave, then mix with crushed cornflakes. Sprinkle on top of the potatoes then bake for 15 more minutes.
DELUXE MASHED POTATOES

Steps:
- Peel and cube the potatoes; place in a saucepan and cover with water. Cook over medium heat until tender; drain. Mash until smooth (do not add milk or butter). Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, chives, onion salt and pepper. Spoon into a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Dot with butter; sprinkle with paprika if desired. Cover and bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until heated through.

DELUXE POTATO CASSEROLE - CROCK-POT
I've got rave reviews for this awesome potato side dish. Great for potlucks since it's done in a CrockPot. I have to give credit to "Best Loved Slow Cooker Recipes" Cookbook for this recipe. Add ham and green beans to make it a main dish.

Steps:
- Combine soup, sour cream, onion, 1/4°C butter and salt in small bowl.
- Combine potatoes and cheese in CrockPot.
- Pour soup mixture over potato mixture.
- Sprinkle dry stuffing mix over potato mixture.
- Drizzle with remaining 3 T butter.
- Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hours or on HIGH 5-6 hours.

SPANISH DELUXE POTATOES | PATATAS DELUXE
Steps:
- Add 1 tsp garlic powder into a large bowl, along with 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp sweet smoked Spanish paprika, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp dried parsley and 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper, mix together, then add in 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, mix together and set aside
- Wash & pat dry the potatoes, then cut each one into wedges, I like to cut each potato in half lengthwise, then lay the potato cut side down and cut the wedges, 8 wedges per potato
- Add the potato wedges into the spice mix, season with sea salt and mix together until each potato wedge is well coated
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper, add the coated potato wedges and evenly spread them around, making sure they´re all in a single layer
- Add the potatoes into a preheated oven, bake + broil option (bottom + top heat) 200 C / 390 F
- Meanwhile make the garlic sauce, add 1/2 cup mayonnaise into a large bowl, finely grate in 1 clove of garlic, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, season with sea salt & black pepper, whisk together until well mixed
- Once the potato wedges are fully cooked through, between 30 to 35 minutes, remove from the oven, transfer the potato wedges into a dish, serve next to the garlic sauce, enjoy!

DELUXE POTATO CASSEROLE
A creamy potato dish sure to please your family. Excellent at potlucks too! If you want to dress it up. Add cruched corn flakes with melted butter on top the last 30 minutes of baking.
