Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Lay pizza crust on a foil-covered pizza pan or cookie sheet. Spread sauce evenly over pizza crust. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over crust, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge. Arrange prosciutto on top of cheese. Sprinkle goat cheese over prosciutto. Bake until prosciutto is crisp and cheese is melted, about 12 minutes. Sprinkle basil over pizza. Cut pizza into 6 slices and serve.
ARUGULA-PROSCIUTTO PIZZA

- Place a pizza stone or upside-down baking sheet in the oven and preheat to 450 degrees F. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12-inch round. Transfer to a cornmeal-dusted pizza peel or another upside-down baking sheet; slide the dough onto the hot pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes. Meanwhile, combine 2 tablespoons olive oil in a bowl with the garlic, rosemary, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove the pizza from the oven, brush with the olive oil mixture and top with the ricotta and mozzarella. Return the pizza to the oven; bake until the cheese is golden and bubbly, about 6 more minutes.
- Meanwhile, toss the arugula and shallot in a large bowl with the lemon juice, the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Top the pizza with the arugula salad, prosciutto and shaved parmesan. Cut into slices.

Steps:
- Make the mashed potato first (using the mash ingredients) and allow to cool.
- Add the egg, green onions prosciutto and garlic to the cooled potato.
- Take two tablespoons of potato mixture and form into a patty. Dip the patty into the extra egg and press into the breadcrumbs until well coated in crumbs. Repeat this process with the remaining mixture.
- Using a medium heat, heat enough oil to cover the base of a large non-stick fying pan, cook the patties in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side or until a golden brown colour.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Toss cauliflower, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes together in a bowl until evenly coated; spread onto a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Stir cauliflower mixture and continue baking until tender, 10 to 15 more minutes.
- Grease a separate baking sheet. Spread pizza dough onto prepared baking sheet.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake potatoes on a rimmed baking sheet until tender, about 45 minutes. Let cool slightly. Peel potatoes; discard skin. Mash with a potato masher. Stir potatoes, butter, and scallions in a medium bowl; season with salt and pepper. Press potato mixture evenly into bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake until light golden, 25 to 30 minutes. - Place a pizza stone in the oven at 550 degrees F (260 degrees C); preheat for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, place a steamer insert into a saucepan and fill with water to just below the bottom of the steamer. Bring water to a boil. Add spinach, cover, and steam until wilted, 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and remove liquid.
- Place asparagus in a single layer in a flat, microwave-safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons water, cover, and microwave until tender, 3 to 5 minutes.

- For pizza dough, combine yeast and 170ml lukewarm water in a bowl and stand until foamy (5-10 minutes). Place flour on a work surface and make a well in the centre. Add oil, yeast mixture and a large pinch of salt to the well and incorporate flour from the sides with a fork until a dough forms, then knead until smooth (3-5 minutes). Place in an oiled bowl, cover and stand in a warm place until doubled in size (30 minutes-1 hour).
- Meanwhile, preheat oven to 250C. Place two heavy-based oven trays in oven to heat. Place potato in a saucepan, cover completely with cold water, bring to the boil over medium-high heat and cook until just tender (15-20 minutes). Drain, thinly slice and set aside.
- Knock back dough and knead until smooth, divide in half, then roll out each half to a 26cm-diameter circle. Remove trays from oven and brush with oil, then carefully place one dough base on each tray, keeping the shape. Scatter with potato, top with cheeses, prosciutto and rosemary. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and bake until golden and bubbly (12-15 minutes, swapping halfway through cooking). Serve immediately.
