Steps:
- Cuece las papas en una olla grande con agua hirviendo de 10 a 15 min. o hasta que estén blandas; escúrrelas. Ponlas en un tazón grande. Añade la crema agria, el queso crema y la cebolla en polvo; muélelas hasta que queden cremosas.
- Pon el puré en una cazuela engrasada con capacidad para 2 cuartillos; cúbrelo. Refrigéralo hasta por 2 días. Sácalo del refrigerador 30 min. antes de hornearlo.
- Calienta el horno a 350°F. Hornea el puré de papas, destapado, por 1 hora o hasta que esté bien caliente. Espolvoréalo con el tocino y las cebollitas.
