Steps:
- Place raspberries in blender. Cover; blend on high speed until smooth. Set aside.
- In large bowl, mix whipped topping and yogurt. Fold in crumbled meringues and half of the raspberry puree. Spoon into chilled serving bowl; drizzle with remaining raspberry puree. Garnish with mint leaves.

EASY THREE INGREDIENT RASPBERRY DESSERT
This is one of my favorite raspberry desserts - it only takes minutes to make but you need to make it in advance. You can use any size glass for the dessert. Make sure you use full fat Greek yogurt or another plain yogurt with plenty of fat content. It's a dessert after all.

- Distribute frozen raspberries amongst 8 small glasses. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt to each glass and sprinkle a thick layer of brown sugar over each. Refrigerate uncovered for 24 hours so sugar crystallizes.

QUICK AND HEALTHY RASPBERRY YOGURT TREAT
I'm in LOVE with this little snack/dessert. It has 12 grams of protein and the only sugars are from the fruit. I love it's creamy lightly sweet and fruity flavor with just a tiny bit of pucker. It's great if you are watching your carbs, fat and your calories.

- Just mix the yogurt, frozen raspberries and splenda together in a bowl and enjoy.
- You can add 1/2 teaspoon of coco power to it. You can sub honey for the splenda if you like. You can even add blueberries or other frozen fruits.
- The frozen fruit mixed with the extra creamy style of yogurt is what gives it such a delicious texture and flavor.
- If you can't find greek style yogurt, just place the yogurt in cheese cloth over a strainer over night.

- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add raspberries; stir until gelatin starts to thicken.
- Pour 1/2 cup gelatin mixture into separate medium bowl. Add COOL WHIP; whisk just until blended. Spoon into dessert cups; top with remaining gelatin mixture.
- Refrigerate 15 min. or until firm.

FRUIT AND YOGURT TREAT
There is a book about "Why French Women Don't Get Fat" that says French ladies eat yogurt daily and that helps them to eat less of the fattening stuff. I am all for anything that helps me eat less- ie NOT GET FATter..... So here is a great recipe I found using fresh yogurt and fruit preserves to ward of the cravings!

- Place all ingredients in your food processor. Process until smooth, stopping a few times to scrape out the sides and bottom of the food processor bowl. A few specks of raspberries will remain – that’s fine.
- Using a spatula, transfer the mixture into a square 8-inch pan. Cover with cling wrap, and freeze for 45 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the freezer. Use a spatula to stir the already-frozen edges into the still-soft center, then use a hand whisk to mix everything together until smooth.
- Cover again, and place in the freezer for 2 more hours, repeating the process of stirring the yogurt every 30 minutes.
