QUICK FIX CASSEROLE



Quick Fix Casserole image

This was an accidental fix. We were running late for a school function last night but had to eat first, so I threw everything together, heated it through and SURPRISE, it was quite good.

Number Of Ingredients 6

20 -25 precooked meatballs
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans cut green beans
3 (15 ounce) cans whole potatoes
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
french French-fried onions, to taste
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Combine first four ingredients in microwavable bowl, heat through, about 5 minutes if meatballs are thawed.
  • Add onions and stir.
  • Top with additional onions to garnish.

1 pound ground beef
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 cups boiling water

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef, drain and put into casserole dish. Sprinkle with uncooked white rice and soup mix. Add soup. Pour boiling water over top. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until rice is tender.
