4 tablespoon radish
2 Numbers egg yolk
12 teaspoon salted butter
2 tablespoon fresh cream
1 1/4 tablespoon lemon juice
1 dash red chilli powder
0 As required salt

Steps:

  • Take a bowl and add butter, beat it until creamy. Then, beat in egg yolks into the bowl one by one. Add lemon juice, salt and red chilli pepper. Mix well.
  • Boil water in a pan and put the bowl in it. Cook over hot water until the sauce is thick. Then, keep aside and let it cool. Add cream and grated radish into the sauce and mix well. Garnish with mint leaves and serve as a dip.

Steps:

  • Beat the butter until creamy.
  • Beat in egg yolks one at a time.
  • Add lemon juice, salt and Red chili pepper .
  • Cook over a pan of hot water until slightly thick.
  • Cool and mix whipped cream and grated radish.
  • Serve with fried dishes.
