1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup orange
1/4 cup yogurt
1/3 water
1 handful spinach
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup yogurt
1/3 cup water
1 table spoon blue spirulina
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup yogurt
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup beet
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup yogurt
1/3 cup water

Steps:

  • Place each set of ingredients for each color in a blender; blend til smooth.
  • Pour each color into a popsicle mold, one layer at a time.
  • Insert popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze and serve.
