Steps:

• Combine in medium saucepan 1/2 cup of sugar, cornstarch, Jello, lemon juice, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Set aside to cool slightly. Stir in sliced strawberries. Tear angel food cake into 1 inch pieces and toss with 2 cups of the Cool Whip. Press into 9x13 inch pan (I use glass so you can see the pretty layers). Set aside. Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup remaining sugar, and vanilla in mixer bowl. Beat until smooth. • In a saucepan, combine raspberry jello, tapioca pudding, and vanilla pudding with 3 cups of water. Heat to a boil and bubbles form. Cook for 3 min., stirring constantly.
• Remove from heat and chill in refrigerator.
• When chilled, fold in Cool Whip and 1/2 of a 12 oz pkg. of frozen raspberries.

• Pour raspberry liqueur and white creme de cacao in a cappuccino mug. Add hot chocolate and stir. Top with a dollop of whipped cream. Drizzle teaspoon of Chambord on top of the whipped cream. Top with a fresh raspberry.
