JELLO SHOTS

Steps:

• Boil cup of water.
• Empty jello powder into a large mixing bowl and add the boiling water.
• Continue stirring for two minutes or until the jello is completely dissolved.
• Add in the 1/2 cup of cold water and 1/2 cup of vodka.
• Stir until mixed and pour into 2oz. cups filled 1/2 to 3/4 of the way.

RASPBERRY PARTY SHOTS

Steps:

• Stir the gelatin into the boiling water until dissolved. Pour in the ice water and vodka; mix well. Pour into shot glasses or devices specifically made for 'Party Shots.' Chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours, until set.

Steps:

• Add dry mix to medium mixing bowl. Add in boiling water. Gently stir until gelatin dissolves. Add tequila and margarita mix. Stir well. Pour mixture into a large glass measuring cup. Pour into mini cups about ⅔ full. Carefully place tray in fridge for about 2 to 3 hours. I covered each cup with the lids they came with. Serve with sliced limes or by alone. Look how pretty they came out!

STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE JELL-O® SHOTS

Steps:

• Crush graham crackers in a blender or food processor; add melted butter and sugar and blend until evenly combined. Gently press graham cracker mixture into 12 tall shot glasses.
• Mix unflavored gelatin and 1/4 cup boiling water together in a bowl until well mixed.
• Combine cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract, and gelatin mixture in a blender; pulse a few times. Add 1 cup vodka; blend until smooth. Taste mixture and adjust confectioners' sugar if necessary. Pour cream cheese mixture over graham cracker layer, leaving about 1 inch on the top. Chill for at least 1 hour.
• Mix strawberry gelatin and 1/4 cup boiling water together in a bowl; stir well and add remaining 1/2 cup vodka and ice cubes. Stir until ice melts and mixture starts to thicken; pour over cream cheese mixture layer. Chill shots for at least 30 minutes.
