This Raspberry Lime Smoothie is perfect for cooling down on a hot day or as a post workout pick me up. It's sweet, tart, fruity and full of good ingredients!

- Place the frozen raspberries, lime juice, raspberry yoghurt and milk into your blender and pulse until smooth.
- Divide between two glasses, garnish with a fresh raspberry and lime slice, if you want, and enjoy!
- Raspberry Lime Smoothie is best enjoyed on the day you make it, but will keep in the fridge for 1 day.

- In the canister of a blender, combine the frozen raspberries, juice and zest of one lime, almond milk, yogurt, and honey (if desired).
- Blend until reaches desired consistency. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
RASPBERRY LIME SMOOTHIE

- Place all ingredients into blender (liquid ingredients first).
- Blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth. Scrap down sides and blend for another 30 seconds.
- Serve and enjoy!

- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 1/2 cup water. Cook and stir over high heat until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from the heat. Press raspberries through a sieve; discard seeds. , In a large bowl, combine the raspberry puree, sugar syrup, lime juice and remaining water. Transfer to a 1-qt. freezer container. Cover and freeze for 12 hours, stirring occasionally. May be frozen for up to 3 months. , To use frozen raspberry mixture: Combine the raspberry mixture and ginger ale in a 2-qt. pitcher. Or for one serving, combine 1/2 cup raspberry mixture and 1/2 cup ginger ale in a glass.
