Graham crackers with melted marshmallows and chocolate. Prepared over an open flame, this camping favorite is great for the holidays, too. Not recommended for the stove top.

- Heat the marshmallow over an open flame until it begins to brown and melt.
- Break the graham cracker in half. Sandwich the chocolate between the cracker and the hot marshmallow. Allow the marshmallow to cool a moment before eating.

RASPBERRY-MINT-CHOCOLATE S'MORES
Time to step up your s'mores game by bringing out some new flavors! Raspberry preserves along with thin mint chocolates squished together with the melted marshmallow should do the trick!

Steps:
- Lay all 8 of the graham cracker squares onto a serving plate. Place 3 unwrapped creme de menthe thins on each of 4 of the graham cracker square. Spread 1/2 tablespoon raspberry preserves on one side of the remaining 4 graham cracker squares.
- Heat marshmallows over an open flame until they begin to brown and melt. Place hot marshmallows on top of the creme de menthe thins and top with the jam side of the other graham crackers. Allow marshmallows to cool for 1 minute before eating.

CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY WHOOPIE PIES
Another fond childhood memory...with one of my modifications. The original filling was usually made with Crisco, YUCK! I changed it to cream cheese and added fresh raspberries. :)

Steps:
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees and line 3 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat butter, sugar, coco, baking powder and baking soda until creamy.
- Beat in melted chocolate and eggs, one at a time, until well combined.
- Beat in milk then flour.
- Drop batter by heaping tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets, allowing 8 cookies per sheet. Makes about 24 cookies.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly pressed.
- Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
- FROSTING: In another bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla and continue to mix until fluffy. Fold in mashed raspberries. Be careful not to over mix.
- Spread half the cookies with filling; top with the remaining cookies, flat side down to form sandwiches and press lightly.
- ENJOY!

- Break graham crackers crosswise into squares.
- Toast marshmallows until lightly browned and melted.
- Divide chocolate bar into 4 pieces and place 1 piece each on 4 graham cracker squares.
- Top chocolate with marshmallow.
- Place raspberries on top of marshmallow.
- Top with remaining graham crackers and press lightly.
- Serve warm.

- 1. Microwave margarine and marshmallows at HIGH 2 minutes in microwave-safe mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Microwave at HIGH 1 minute longer. Stir until smooth.2. Add KELLOGG'S COCOA KRISPIES cereal and graham cracker pieces. Stir until well coated.3. Gently stir the 1 cup marshmallows into the cereal mixture. Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle top with marshmallows and chocolate chips. Cut into 2-inch squares when cool. Best if served the same day.Microwave cooking times may vary.RANGE-TOP DIRECTIONS: Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Add cereal and graham cracker pieces. Stir until well coated. Put mixture into pan and follow step 3 above.NOTE: For best results, use fresh marshmallows. 1 (7-oz) jar marshmallow creme can be substituted for marshmallows.
