Red Rooster Punch Recipes

RED ROOSTER

Steps:

• Combine all of the ingredients in a large plastic container. Freeze for several hours. It will not freeze solid, but rather achieve the consistency of a slushy. Scoop into punch cups or wine glasses and serve.

RED ROOSTER

Steps:

• Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour in vodka. Fill glass to 3/4 full with cranberry juice. Top with orange juice. Stir.

RED SLUSH PUNCH

Steps:

• In a large bowl, whisk together the strawberry gelatin mix and 9 cups of boiling water. Set aside. In a large pot, bring the remaining 9 cups of water to a boil. Stir in the sugar until dissolved. Pour the sugar water into the gelatin water, then stir in the pineapple juice and lemon juice, mixing well. Pour into four 1-gallon size resealable freezer bags, or pretty Bundt pans to freeze.
• To make punch, place one of the frozen portions into a punch bowl, and pour 1 bottle of ginger ale over.

RED ROOSTER

Steps:

• In a 2 1/2-quart freezer-safe container, mix together all the ingredients. Cover and freeze for at least 5 hours, or up to 1 week; the mixture will become slushy but will not solidify.
• To serve, spoon into martini glasses.

EMERIL LAGASSE'S RED ROOSTER PUNCH

Steps:

• Combine all of the ingredients in a large plastic container; freeze for several hours.

RED ROOSTER COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Mix all ingredients together in a large plastic container. Freeze until slushy (mixture will not freeze solid), 3 to 4 hours. Serve in punch or wine glasses.

LITTLE RED ROOSTER COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Stir orange juice concentrate with cranberry juice and vodka.
• Freeze in a covered container.
• Remove from freezer at least 30 minutes before serving.
• Spoon the slush into glasses to serve.
