Refreshing Watermelon Strawberry Limeade image

This homemade Watermelon Strawberry Limeade is the perfect drink to enjoy on a hot summer day! A combination of delicious watermelon, strawberries and freshly squeezed lime juice blended together with honey is sure to hit the spot. Top it off with sparkling water and a sprig of fresh mint to enjoy while relaxing by the pool or at the beach.

Ingredients

2 cups watermelon (seeds removed and cubed)
1 cup strawberries (rinsed and stems removed)
1/4 cup freshly squezed lime juice
1 Tbsp honey
1 cup sparkling water (or lemon-lime soda)
ice (for serving, if desired)
watermelon wedges (for garnish)
fresh mint (for garnish)

Steps:

In a blender, add the watermelon and strawberry and blend until smooth.
Add the honey and lime juice and blend again until combined.
Pour into your preferred serving glasses over ice.
Add 1/4 cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda to top. Stir and enjoy!
