- In a large bowl, combine 3/4 cup flour, sugar, yeast, garlic salt, Italian seasoning and parsley. In a saucepan, heat milk, water and 1 tablespoon butter to 120°-130°. Add to dry ingredients; beat just until moistened. Add egg; beat until smooth. Stir in 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese and enough remaining flour to form a soft dough; beat until smooth. , Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes., Punch dough down. Turn onto a lightly floured surface. Divide into thirds; shape into loaves. Place in three greased 5-3/4x3x2-in. loaf pans. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 25 minutes. , Melt remaining butter; brush over dough. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pans to wire racks.

This came from a box of Near East Spanish Rice. It's a great change from ordinary meatloaves, and cooks up very quickly! I serve it with Spanish rice and a salad.

- Combine first 6 ingredients lightly, but well.
- Divide mixture into 6 portions; shape each portion into a loaf about 1-inch thick.
- Place in pan.
- Bake in 350ºF oven 25 minutes.
- Place slice of cheese on each loaf; spoon about 1 teaspoon salsa onto center of cheese.
- Bake an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve with additional salsa.

- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Coat two 4-by-6-inch mini loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients.
- Stir in blueberries and make a well; set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine next 4 ingredients.
- Pour mixture into well in dry ingredients and stir until mix is just moistened and batter is still slightly lumpy.
- Pour batter into pans until they are three-quarters full.
- Sprinkle remaining 1 teaspoon sugar evenly over both loaves.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until tops are light golden and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool for 5 minutes in pan on a rack, then remove from pan to cool completely.

- Drain cherries, reserving 1/4 cup juice; set aside. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, whisk eggs and reserved juice; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in the walnuts, chocolate chips, dates and cherries., Spoon into three greased 5-3/4x3x2-in. loaf pans. Bake at 325° for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to a wire rack to cool completely. Wrap and store for 24 hours before serving.
