Easy but tasty oven-baked drumsticks sure to please even the pickiest of eaters. An overnight marinade makes this chicken practically fall off the bone. If you don't have time to make this ahead, you could make it in 30 minutes. Enjoy!

¼ cup olive oil
1 large lime, juiced, or more to taste
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
10 skinless chicken drumsticks

Steps:

  • Combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, oregano, parsley, and pepper in a gallon-size resealable plastic bag. Add chicken drumsticks; turn to coat evenly. Seal bag, squeezing out all the air.
  • Let chicken marinate in the refrigerator, at least 2 hours and preferably overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Let chicken come to room temperature, about 25 minutes. Arrange on the baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven until browned, about 25 minutes. Flip chicken and baste with juices; continue cooking until browned on the second side, 10 to 15 minutes more.
  • Cover chicken with aluminum foil. Let stand before serving, about 5 minutes.

2 tsp. each parsley flakes and dried minced garlic
1 tsp. each black pepper and crushed red pepper
2 Tbsp. sugar, divided
1/2 cup KRAFT Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
1/4 cup HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
8 chicken drumsticks (2 lb.)

Steps:

  • Heat greased grill for indirect grilling: Light one side of grill, leaving other side unlit. Close lid; heat grill to 350°F.
  • Combine dressing mix, dry seasonings and 1 Tbsp. sugar. Spoon 2 Tbsp. seasoning mix into medium bowl. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, 2 Tbsp. cheese and remaining sugar; mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Sprinkle remaining seasoning mix evenly over chicken; place on grate over unlit area. Cover; grill 50 min., monitoring for consistent grill temperature and turning chicken after 25 min.
  • Move chicken to grate over lit area of grill; brush with half the mayonnaise mixture. Grill 3 to 5 min. on each side or until chicken is done (165°F) and crisp on both sides, brushing with remaining mayonnaise mixture and sprinkling with remaining cheese after chicken is turned.

1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup liquid honey
2 tablespoons rice vinegar or 2 tablespoons white vinegar
3 -4 minced fresh garlic cloves
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon asian hot chili sauce (optional)

Steps:

  • Set oven to 425 degrees.
  • Butter a 13x9-in baking pan.
  • Place the chicken legs in baking dish.
  • In a bowl, gradually whisk milk into cornstarch.
  • Whisk in soy sauce, honey, vinegar and garlic.
  • Pour over chicken; toss to coat.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, stirring twice, until chicken is cooked, and until sauce is bubbling, and starting to thicken.
  • Stir the green onions into dish, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

1 tablespoon fresh coarse ground black pepper

1 (3 lb) chicken
